Welcome to the Kota Kemuning Buddhist Center (KKBC) where we aim to provide a platform to express the Buddha’s ancient teaching in the perspective of our world today. We hope to achieve this through Dharma Education with emphasis in the following aspects:

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

KKBC continues to hold weekly Dharma studies through the Suttas, meditation sessions, retreats and sharing

FAMILY TOGETHERNESS

Besides the regular talks, there will be a new program called “Dharma-Sharing Session” – a theme-based activity involving parents and children together to do Puja and share Dharma experiences.

COMMUNITY BUILDING

Occasionally, there will be visits to various Buddhist centers to network andlearn from others. This also includes visits to welfare centers so that children and adults can put Dharma practice into action..

OUTREACH PROGRAM

Emphasis will be placed on the practice of the Dharma through community work. This will be done in association with organizations that have strong outreach and charity programs. Making sustained contributions to the community helps members and children to experience a more dynamic and engaged aspect of Buddhism. Songs are a special focus.
